Terms and Conditions:
Product Liability:
Panchsheel acts as an authorized dealer of Growel for electroplating chemicals, supplier of electroplating chemicals, buffing and polishing materials, and nonferrous metals. We are not liable for discrepancies or inconsistencies in products caused by manufacturing, shipping, or other factors beyond our control.- Product Use:
Panchsheel disclaims responsibility for any unethical or destructive use of the products purchased from us by customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. - Delivery:
While we strive for timely delivery, Panchsheel is not liable for delays caused by our delivery partner, Shiprocket, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. - Cancellation:
Customers have the option to cancel or modify orders before shipment. A 100% refund will be provided if payment has not been settled. After settlement, a 98% refund will be issued. - Third-party Services:
Panchsheel utilizes third-party services such as Shiprocket for delivery and PhonePe for payment processing. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the operations of these third-party services. - Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes or disagreements shall be resolved promptly and fairly. Customers can contact us through designated channels for efficient resolution.
Shipping Policies:
Shipping Partners:
Panchsheel partners with Shiprocket which then connects to other third-party delivery partners for the delivery of orders. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by our shipping partners.- Shipping Fees:
A flat shipping fee of ₹70 is applicable for deliveries across India unless otherwise specified at checkout. - Delivery Timeframes:
Order processing and handling time is 1-2 days (Monday – Saturday). Shipping time is usually 4-10 days. Orders are generally delivered within a total of 5-12 working days from order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, product availability, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. International Shipments:
For international orders, customized shipping arrangements, pricing, and terms & conditions will be established based on the destination country, order specifications, and customer requirements.
Return Policies:
Return Period:
Products purchased from Panchsheel are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, subject to valid reasons.- Procedure:
Customers must initiate a return or exchange request through the return option in the “My account > Orders” section, after logging in or “Contact Us” page on our website or via email within the stipulated return period. Condition of Products:
Defective and non-defective products return are accepted. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Panchsheel reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

Upon approval of the return request, a refund process may start immediately or Panchsheel may inspect the returned products first before approving the refund.Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days. A 100% refund will be issued and refunded upon approval of refund request. Panchsheel do not charge restocking fees.
